Snack Pantry for Kids

There is a myriad of healthy kids snacks but they don’t all taste good. My #1 rule when it comes to kids food is that I would never feed them anything I wouldn’t enjoy myself. When it comes to kids snacks, it is a good idea to stay away from high sugar and high sodium content. Organic is always a plus. Here is a list of my kids’ favorite snacks that I also love to eat.
